Welcome to Vicki's Homemade! By placing an order with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

Vicki's Homemade is a cottage food operation in Santee, California, that follows California’s Cottage Food Laws. My products are homemade in a home kitchen and are not subject to state inspection, except as required by law.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be placed in advance through my website, social media, email, or direct message.
Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
I accept payments via Venmo, PayPal, or cash.
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please get in touch with me within 24 hours, and I will work to resolve the issue.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location in Santee, California.
Limited local delivery may be available.
If an order is not picked up within the agreed-upon timeframe, I am not responsible for the product's freshness or quality.

5. Product Information and Allergies

All of my products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy.
I do not guarantee that my products are allergen-free.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing.

6. Cottage Food Law Compliance

Vicki's Homemade complies with California’s Cottage Food Law and holds all necessary permits and approvals required to sell homemade baked goods.
My products are intended for personal consumption only and are not for resale.

7. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for any adverse reactions or allergies from consuming my products.
Once a product has been picked up or delivered, I am not responsible for improper storage, handling, or consumption.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on my website and will take effect immediately.
